Dong!

Pretty Princess Sophia has such a personality!  We've been using sign language with her for several months now, and not only is she now communicating with sign language, but she also has several words!

Sophia's most dramatic word is "uh oh."  She enjoys saying uh-oh while holding her sippy cup over the edge of her highchair.  She announces "uuuh oh" and waits until you look, then she drops it.  It's so cute!

We do use a sign for drink, which Sophia has been using, but the other day Mike noticed she was babbling "dink dink dink dink" at the same time as the sign.  Sammy has now been asking for a dink, too!

Today when I was driving to the Y, Sophia babbled "no no no nononononono" the entire way in the car.  I'm not sure what she was saying no to, but it sure is cute!

Sophia's favorite word is "dong."  We have no idea what it means.  She uses it all the time, especially when playing.  "Dong" is now a favorite word of everyone in the family.  Whenever we feel happy, one of us announces "dong!"
